03. FRIENDLY FOODIE...A delicious Palm Beach locale not to be missed is Darbster, a delightful vegan bistro that serves innovative, natural & organic dishes. Owners Ellen & Alan Gould donate the entirety of the profits to The Darbster Foundation, which funds local animal rescue efforts. 04. GARDEN FLAVOR...Authentic Provence is my little slice of Southern France right in the middle of downtown West Palm Beach. The store envelopes you in scents of lavender and fig trees, while your eyes are entertained by rarities from throughout Europe. Though you'll mostly find garden antiques from France and terra cotta via Italy.
